  • Description of ServicesOFWako is an online platform designed to connect Filipino job seekers with overseas opportunities through POEA-licensed agencies. We provide services including job search, agency directories, and a contact form for foreign employers to connect with POEA agencies.
  • User CategoriesOFWako supports three types of users:
    • Job Seekers: Individuals searching for overseas work opportunities.
    • POEA Agencies: Licensed recruitment agencies registered under the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).
    • Employers: Companies or recruiters abroad looking to hire Filipino workers. Employers do not have a login or account; instead, they may reach out via the contact form.
  • Registration and Access
    • Job Seekers and POEA Agencies must register for an account to access full features of the platform.
    • Users are responsible for providing accurate and updated information during registration.
    • Employers do not register on the site. They may use the employer contact form to reach out to OFWako or listed agencies.
  • User ResponsibilitiesAll users agree to:
    • Use the platform in compliance with Philippine laws and international recruitment standards.
    • Not post false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content.
    • Not engage in spam, hacking, scraping, or any misuse of the website.
    • Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials (applicable to Job Seekers and Agencies).
  • Job Posting and Application
    • POEA Agencies are solely responsible for the accuracy, legitimacy, and legal compliance of job postings.
    • Job Seekers are responsible for the truthfulness of their profiles, applications, and submitted documents.
    • OFWako does not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes and does not participate in recruitment activities.
    • Employers are encouraged to coordinate directly with POEA-licensed agencies via the provided contact channels.
  • Content and Intellectual PropertyAll content on OFWako including logos, design, text, images, software, and features is owned by or licensed to OFWako and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute platform content without written permission.User-submitted content (like job seeker profiles or agency information) remains the responsibility of the submitting party, and you grant OFWako a limited license to use and display that content on the platform.
  • PrivacyYour use of OFWako is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our platform, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Platform Availability and DisclaimerOFWako is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding:
    • The availability or uninterrupted operation of the platform.
    • The accuracy or completeness of job postings or agency details.
    • The conduct of users, including job seekers, agencies, or employers.
    We do not act as a recruitment agency or employer and do not endorse any specific job posting or agency.
  • Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, OFWako shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of employment opportunity, data, or business reputation.
  • Account TerminationWe reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts without notice for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior deemed harmful to the platform or its users.
  • Modifications to the TermsOFWako may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
